This is my second time using SB Fund corp with Suresh. I always come back because he always gets the BEST rates! I closed on November 3rd, within weeks like he promised and got rates way way better than the market! I will continue to use him and have any friends or family use him. Strongly recommended! Oh and also, he is extremely transparent and very honest which is very hard to find on commission based mortgages!

My mortgage and closing estimate from begin to end was 100% accurate. Mortgage service was wonderful, no frustrating no hassal.
