Manhattan Bridge Capital offers short-term, secured, non-banking, private loans, fix and flip loans, bridge loans or hard money loans to real estate investors in New York. This includes all 5 NYC Boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan and Staten Island) as well as Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties), Hudson Valley, Rockland and Westchester Counties to fund their acquisition of properties located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. The loans are principally secured by collateral consisting of real estate and generally accompanied by personal guarantees from the principals of the businesses. The loans are normally for a term of one year. Most of the loans provide for receipt of interest only during the term of the loan and a balloon payment at the end of the term.
